Wichard Assessment & Development provides psychological assessments, individual guidance and training programmes for professionals, teams and organizations operating in complex and demanding contexts.

We support individuals in their personal and professional development, teams in strengthening collaboration and effectiveness, and organizations in addressing issues related to functioning, decision-making and responsibility. Our training programmes and team development sessions are content-driven, practice-oriented and directly applicable to daily professional practice.

In addition, Wichard Assessment & Development can be engaged as an interim behavioral expert within organizations, including in support of multidisciplinary teams, decision-making processes and complex cases. We also provide coaching and development trajectories for professionals in key positions (including (R)AIOs, (R)IOs and public prosecutors), focusing on strengthening psychological insight, effective communication, emotion regulation and professional performance in high-pressure and high-responsibility situations.

Wichard Assessment & Development is based in the Caribbean and has in-depth knowledge of the regional, cultural and administrative context. At the same time, we work with clients outside the region and apply methods that align with international professional standards.

Our services are characterized by psychological depth, independence and careful consideration, always with a focus on what works in practice.

Updated logo and visual identity

The logo and visual identity of Wichard Assessment & Development have been updated to better reflect the development and expansion of our work over recent years. We operate in a range of professional contexts, including forensic assessments, youth protection, psychological assessment, coaching and advisory work. This breadth of practice calls for a calm, clear and consistent visual identity that reflects our approach and professional positioning.

The new logo of Wichard Assessment & Development consists of four distinct planes that together represent the full scope of our work: the individual, the context, the facts, and the professional/legal framework. These elements are present in every situation and are never considered in isolation.

The lines between the planes symbolize the careful distinction and weighing of information, clearly separating facts from interpretation. The diagonal line reflects that this process does not follow a fixed or standard route, but is always tailored to the specific situation. The logo thus represents how we work: with care, independence, and a strong awareness of coherence and nuance.
